Mandy has seven years experience as a remedial massage therapist in Sydney and Hobart. She is the Owner of the Sandy Bay Massage Centre and offers Remedial, Deep Tissue, Ka Huna (Hawaiian Temple Style) Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage as well as Workplace Seated Massage. Her signature massage is Ka Huna.
Each treatment with me is different and is tailored to meet your needs. I listen to what the client tells me and my hands listen to the client's body. My goal is to support your body's own natural healing processes; to help guide you back to a state of wellness and balance.

Deborah has over fifteen years experience as a massage therapist in South Australia, NSW and Tasmania. Deborah offers Remedial, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage).
Touch is a most effective form of healing. Massage brings about beneficial physical and psychological changes and restores balance, is refreshing, regenerating and revitalising to the body as a whole.

Kay has over twenty years experience as a massage therapist in Thredbo, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart. She offers a range of massage techniques including Remedial, Bowen Therapy, Hahana Hot Stone massage, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy and Raindrop Therapy.
I provide intuitive healing as part of every massage. Through touch, we restore and balance our energy systems.
Sandra Gadsby

Sandra has two years experience as a remedial massage therapist, since graduating from the Island Health College in 2004. She offers Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports and Pregnancy Massage.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients from sports people, retirees and young people. I have a belief in the power of massage and touch and its ability to help bring the body back in to balance.
Johanna McDonald

Johanna has more than four years experience as a massage therapist working in Sydney. She worked for two years as a contractor for several five star hotels and spent the last two years working with Physiotherapists before moving to Hobart.
Lilly Armstrong

Lilly comes from a background of alternative therapies and yoga, having her first experience in a Hobart ashram before she could walk. She has dedicated the last ten years to Shiatsu Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga, qualifying from the Tasmanian College of Shiatsu in 2004.
I love to assist people in getting back to their natural state of health and harmony by nurturing the body, mind and spirit. Through listening, touch and lifestyle recommendations, vitality and joyfulness can be restored.

Lisa has several years experience working as a remedial massage therapist and shiatsu practitioner in Australia and abroad. Pursuing her passion for Chinese Medicine, she is completing post graduate studies in acupuncture at RMIT.
We all manifest our imbalances in a unique way; therefore, the individual needs to be treated in a manner that respects this discrete expression.

Paula has been performing Therapeutic Massage since 2003 and adopts different approaches depending on which best meet the client's needs. She is passionate about her belief in the benefits of therapeutic massage for everyone, from the very young to the elderly. She teaches Massage at the Island Health College and is a qualified Infant Massage Instructor.
I see a treatment as a holistic approach to caring for your body AND your emotional wellbeing. It re-energises tired muscles, heals the mind and is food for the soul.
