The aim of workplace massage is to improve performance, productivity and morale of staff. We provide seated massage treatments to workplaces, conferences and corporate events.

About The Treatments

Seated massage treats the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms and hands. It is performed with the recipient sitting, fully clothed without the use of any oils or lotions. It is carried out either in a specially designed portable chair that can be taken to a quiet part of the office or a meeting room. Alternatively seated massage can be carried out with a desk- top cradle whilst staff are at their desks. The treatment takes 5 to 20 minutes. The therapist applies treatments including firm pressure, rubbing, kneading and trigger point release.
